Who are we?

The Atrya Group is a family-owned business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of joinery solutions. Founded in 1980 under the TRYBA brand, the ATRYA Group was created in 2004 and has become a leader in the European joinery solutions market. With over 40 years' experience, the ATRYA Group creates high-quality home comfort solutions that offer well-being, safety and energy savings. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority, and every day we strive to fully meet their needs and expectations. The world is changing, and so are we: Digitisation is now a big part of our day-to-day operations and helps us improve our responsiveness, services and lead-times.

Today, the ATRYA Group has 8 production sites in France and Switzerland serving our B2C hub and our Swiss hub. The Group also has an energy division, TRYBA ENERGY, which develops and runs photovoltaic projects in France and abroad, and TRYBATEC, which specialises in individualising heating costs and water sub-metering. Added to these hubs, our cross-cutting services represent essential links to ensure the Group operates optimally.

International development

In France and Europe, the ATRYA Group embarks on every project with the same requirement: Excellence.

Aware that a large group can only thrive long-term by expanding internationally, Johannes Tryba has been driving ATRYA's development in Europe and throughout the world for 25 years, in particular through the Switzerland hub. To broaden its field of activity internationally, ATRYA offers its expertise to commercial and industrial partners interested in distributing and/or manufacturing its products. These partners benefit from an extensive range of products and services, from complete or partial supply of ready-to-use products to delivery of a turnkey workshop, and including staff training and technical support for large-scale projects.

In 2019, the Group decided to further expand its activity by acquiring a 49% shareholding in the Portuguese Caixiave group. With an 18,000 m2 factory in Ribeirão (30 minutes from Porto) employing 300 staff and generating a turnover of 30 million euros (2019), the Portuguese group is the leading manufacturer of PVC doors and windows on the Iberian market. This brings it under the scope of the Alsace-based Atrya group, the European industry leader for the sector

Current structure

Created with the focus on performance, the group's structure combines the robustness and efficiency of central services with the flexibility of specialist divisions each having a high initiative capacity.

This unique culture, based on a creative entrepreneurial spirit and strong pragmatism, creates a strong identity conducive to business development and the realization of individual potential. The ATRYA Group is owned and run by the TRYBA family. It comprises 4 hubs: B2C, Energy, Switzerland and Holdings. The holdings are in the B2B and production arm (49%) and in the Portuguese CAIXIAVE Group (49%). These 4 hubs are supplemented by cross-cutting services.
