The company was founded in 1998 and employs more than thirty specialists in different fields. It also implements and deploys the tools provided to the TRYBA dealer network.
ATWIN is organised into three separate teams :
- The "Operations and Network" team: Responsible for systems administration, data hosting and backup, IT and telecoms inventory management and IT security. It also provides level 2 support in case of a fault.
- The "Studies" team": Responsible for operational monitoring of the various production sites. It oversees and manages the implementation of company projects. Its missions include the production of specifications, development of solutions, project monitoring, market solution integration, configuration and subcontractor monitoring.
- The "Support" team: Provides level 1 support for Tryba staff and dealers. It also helps dealers integrate new technologies
